- This is a Client Facing Role - You must be able to make relationships and build trust!
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
- Create high-quality and engaging content to attract and engage the target audience, aligning with SEO best practices.
- Manage and optimize website performance, including on-page elements, site structure, and user experience.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, ensuring accurate data tracking, lead management, and campaign automation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HubSpot, SEO, and Content Marketing.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations and campaign management.
- Proven experience in using HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
- Be able to create complex and logical workflows and create custom dashboards in HubSpot
- Must have experience with SEO strategies and Content Marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing website content for search engines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with paid platforms like Google Ads and social media ads is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
