Cloud Operations Engineer- Navi Mumbai (Vashi)

• Monitoring and governance of the SaaS Platform and IoT Network reporting to the Head of Operations.
• As a member of operations, work closely with different teams within the organization including technology, development, outsource service providers and vendors etc.
• For smooth and successful operations of the Comapny platform to meet customer requirements.
• Support DevOps teams and produce high-quality documentation within agreed time frames.
• Detail orientated with strong and effective follow-up.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Work as an Individual Contributor in a small team

• Knowledge of IoT architecture and platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Prior working experience with AWS cloud-based services - any or all of EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, RDS,
• Dynamo DB, EMR, Glue etc
• Good knowledge in overall AWS Architecture - Serverless Functions and Applications, Monitoring, Governance etc
• Experience designing, building and operating cloud services in IT, Systems Integrator or Service Provider.
• Expertise in MongoDB database is a must have
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
• Knowledge of IoT protocols like MQTT, HTTPs
• Knowledge of various Big data architectures like Lambda/Kafka
• Good working knowledge of industry best practices for operations.

• BE / BTech /MCA degree, preferably in the field of either Computer Science, Electronics or Mechatronics.
