- Increases member retention by demonstrating and training others to provide personalized member experiences and to build positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests.
- Demonstrates and trains others to provide consistent excellence in sales presentations, closing techniques, telephone and in-person service, member engagement.
- Recruits, hires, trains, manages, provides guidance to, develops, coaches, schedules and directs employees and volunteers as needed.
- Reviews and evaluates employee and volunteer performance.
- Acts as a positive role model while implementing YMCA healthy living policies, character development and the four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Three to five years customer service experience required.
- One to two years supervisory experience required.
- At least one year related experience in administration and providing guidance to employees and/or volunteers is required.
- Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining an attention to detail and timeliness.
