Create and implement robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions for manufacturing environment

Design the manufacture process and required equipment and subsystems to improve on new and existing process. * Provide technical support to production and maintenance in trouble shooting and maintaining automated processes

Design, quote, and create equipment/fixtures to aid production processes
Prepares the list of spare part to maintain the equipment.
Modify current equipment/fixtures to update process requirements.
Assist with Kaizen activities and Engineering projects.
Evaluate part drawings and sketches to understand product design and specification in developing manufacturing equipment.
Support improvement in machinery or equipment and validate changes

Qualifications

B/S degree in mechatronics or related field. Advanded degree is preferred.
Lean Six sigma Green Belt certified (Desired)
Mechanical design (preferred)
Proven experience(4+ years) with machining & automation. Specifically with mechanical design
Experience with fixture and jugs design
