Offer DescriptionProfesor universitar, position 4Department of Language, Literature, History, and Arts organizes a selection competition for the position of university professor in the field of Philology, subdomain Romanian language for the following disciplines: The Phonology and Phonetics of the Romanian Language; The History of the Romanian Language; Current Trends in the Romanian Language.APPLICATIONBefore applying, all candidates are invited to read carefully the NUSTPB's Methodology for occupying didactic and research positions:RequirementsResearch Field Language sciences Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/QualificationsThey will have an excellent knowledge of the specificity of the Romanian language (phonetics and phonology, morphology, and syntax), both at a synchronic and diachronic level.Specific RequirementsThey will have experience in reading, editing and interpreting old Romanian texts written with Cyrillic characters and Latin alphabet with an etymological writing.
