- Meet and greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
- Interview potential customers regarding their vehicle needs and wants.
- Present the dealership's new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and explain features and benefits.
- Accompany customers on test drives, and collect licenses and other necessary documentation per best practices.
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values of customers' vehicles
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and their vehicles.
- Must Complete General Motors Sales Training Courses
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the car buying process.
- Preferred experience in Social Media
- Valid US Driver's License
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math
- Ability to use computers, tablets and smartphones is a must.
