Snr Dealer, FX Spot Trading

• Assist the Head of FX Spot trading and cover his duties when he is unavailable.
• Ability to Market make, manage risk and quote Spot USDMYR in size when Head of FX is unavailable.
• Undertake FX Spot risk in USD/MYR and major G10&EM currencies to achieve yearly budget assigned.
• Providing liquidity in the Interbank FX Spot market to maintain RHB’S presence.
• Provide competitive pricing to Corporates, Financial Institutions and Asset Managers in order to increase volume and trading revenue
• Manage and trade in any other instruments approve by the Head as well as to carry out any assigned task delegated.
• Adhering to limits, Guidelines and Code of Conduct set by the Bank and the FMA.

• Manage the flow and enhance Profit from fx requirement which includes competitive pricing to Corporates, Financial Institutions and Asset Managers.
• Act as a price maker in Interbank market
• Provide and share Market Colour to internal stakeholders.

• Generate Trading gains by undertaking calculated risks in FX Spot within the approved parameter/limits
• Manage Market Risk arising from these franchise flows.

• Manage and ensure dealers adhere to code of conduct and regulation/policy set by the Group /regulatory body.
• Ensure deal are executed within the given limit

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Treasury operations at an established financial services institution.
• Possess trading skills and strong understanding of Treasury Operation and Foreign Exchange market, as well as risk management.
• Understand Trading Group’s strategic objectives
