- Execution of the audit tests based on the professional standards
- Identification of findings and recommendations to improve current processes and mitigate risks
- Preparation of the final audit report and result presentation to the management
- Responsibility for the team coordination and development of other colleagues,
- At least 4 year experience, preferably in the area of IT audit in Big 4 or financial institution
- Good knowledge of the main bank risks, audit standards, methodologies and activities of your scope (IT governance and security)
- Certifications like CISA, CIA, CISSP or similar are an advantage
- Very good analytical skills, diligence and passion for the tasks assigned
- High level of integrity
- Ability to support the team as a team member or to step up and take the responsibility by yourself
- To be able to quickly adapt to new environment and have a will to self-develop
- Very good communication skills and ability to interact with the company management and stakeholders on a different levels (ranging from a technical meeting with an analyst up to CIO status meeting)
- To be able to communicate in Czech/Slovak and English on a daily basis, to be able to present and write audit reports in English
- To be willing to travel if needed to deliver the work in other SG entities, mainly within Europe
