- Manage caseload of up to but not exceeding 16 clients

- Receives and approves/denies referrals
- Collects and maintains all required data concerning referrals
- Oversees management of client and personnel records
- Reviews and approves client assessments and ISPs
- Participates in client discharge planning
- Identifies and resolves problems with service delivery issues
- Applies client feedback to improve services
- Resolves client/family complaints regarding staff performance and services rendered
- Ensures harmonious, productive work environment
- Assigns caseloads
- Assigns and monitors work schedules, to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
- Review and approve the work of LMHP-eligible providers and provide clinical supervision
- Trains new and existing staff in proper operational policies, procedures, and function
- Ensures ongoing training is attended and all employees are up to date on required training
- Facilitates a minimum of one staff meeting a month with staff and meets with staff on an ongoing basis to stay informed of changes affecting operations
- Observes and formally evaluates staff performance to ensure quality service and compliance with agency policies and procedures
- Documents staff problems and performance issues as they arise including resolving staff disagreements and disciplinary actions
- Assists with budget preparations
- Ensures compliance with all governmental laws and regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures
- All other duties as required by the Executive Director
- Maintains confidentiality of all client, family, and staff information
