- Engage with commercial process owners in International / DGC / DEF and other BUs as required to define, implement and monitor digital processes for creating, approving, signing & storing & amending customer contracts, and for extracting key data for operational & analytical use.
- Liaise with Data Quality team to monitor & report the quality (accuracy & completeness) of contract records; lead activity to correct any errors and fix the root cause of any identified issues (whether process or technical).
- Responsible for leading stakeholder community to collect & prioritize requirements for functional & process enhancements to Contract referential / contract lifecycle management, and working closely IT team to develop & deliver in line with business needs.
- Drive integration of referential with all systems that require the data (directly or via tools such as eBus, EDH, etc) to maximise exploitation of contract data & documents.
- Responsible for providing users with easy and clear access to relevant contract documents & data, whether as idnividial records or as bulk reporting, via portal, EDH, PowerBI or other mechanisms.
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate access controls to contract documents & data, complying with regulatory, security & confidentiality requirements while maximizing demoicratization to facilitate delivery of value.
