This role is critical in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining our reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:● Perform electrical repairs and installations in various settings.● Strong knowledge of exterior and interior repairs● Conduct drywall installation, repair, and finishing.● Handle basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.● Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.● Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.● Coordinate with the management team to complete projects on schedule.● Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.Qualifications:● Proven experience as a Field / Property Maintenance Technician or similar role.● Strong electrical skills, including experience with wiring, fixtures, and controls.● Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair. ● Basic plumbing skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues.● Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.● Excellent problem-solving abilities.● Good physical condition and strength.● High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Benefits:● Excellent Benefits PackageExperience level:2 - 3 yearsSchedule:● 8 hour shift● Monday - FridayTo Apply: jacqueline.cosey@gogpac.comEOE
