The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.What you will be doing:

Help developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Focus on hunting and farming of new merchants
Be owner of the whole sales and operation process
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Keep records of sales.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new customers.

Requirements:

+ 2 years of proven experience working in inbound and outbound sales, or as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role.
Previous working experience in payment industry is a plus
Proven sales track record
Fluent in English and portuguese
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
