- Focus on hunting and farming of new merchants
- Be owner of the whole sales and operation process
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of sales.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new customers.
- + 2 years of proven experience working in inbound and outbound sales, or as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Previous working experience in payment industry is a plus
- Proven sales track record
- Fluent in English and portuguese
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
