- Responsible for working with cross-functional tax technology teams to support engagement teams using internal accelerators including, but not limited to, PwC tax applications and third-party applications as part of their compliance and provision processes. The candidate should be willing to upskill and develop an understanding of how the tools in the PwC Tax ecosystem work together to effectively implement the tools and provide consultative advice towards best practices. The senior would:
- Act as a trusted advisor on compliance process and technology consultations
- Responsible for providing timely updates to Enablement Team leader and business sponsor.
- Work with the business to identify gaps in process and/or technology and then leverage the TSIT network to close them
- Roadmap development and planning
- Work with other product management team members and governance teams to draft and keep budgets/forecasts up-to-date
- Own the coordination with Tax engagement leaders, TSIT leaders, and other firm stakeholders such as Acceleration Center leaders to ensure advice or solutions offered to Tax engagement teams are innovative, build trust, and are tech-powered and client-centered.

- Own the coordination with fellow TSIT Enabling teams including Business Analysts, Product Managers, Data Strategy, Digital Pursuits, Process Excellence, Change Management and Adoption, Training and Support
- Three or more years of Product Management Experience
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal business communication skills within a professional business services environment, including interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management.
- Owning a technology product and working with PwC vendor or internal builder
- Establishing workplan structure and updates in alignment with program milestones;
- Assisting in executing financial management processes by monitoring the budget and performing budget review with respective Pillar leads;
- Understand & use journey maps, touchpoints to guide feature development
- Continuously listens to feedback & prioritizes effectively
- Any graduation / post-graduation with the related experience
- In Tax, promotion to Manager requires the holding of an active primary credential of either (1) US CPA or foreign equivalent or (2) US Enrolled Agent in good standing with an appropriate regulatory body or (3) a Firm approved Secondary Credential
