Burr Ridge has: Base payFriday-Monday 2pm-1230am (2pm-5pm you get paid $19.25, 5pm-1230am you get paid $20.75)
Position Description: The lead position you will need to feel comfortable speaking to others in a professional manner about attendance, dressing appropriately, coming back from break in a timely manner, etc. There will also be tasks that the onsite managers will provide you to complete and you will have to work the stations at times as well.
The Workforce Staffing Team is excited to announce the rollout of the Coaches Program at Factor. The Coaches Program is designed to provide daily shift coverage with the goal of increasing associate safety, performance, quality, and attendance, while reducing attrition. The additional onsite support, which will be funded by HelloFresh, will allow real-time access to agency personnel. Program Expectation: Managing Coach allocation will be reviewed and approved by Workforce Staffing to ensure proper coverage based on headcount and need. Additional Managing Coaches will be approved as headcount increases. Agencies are still expected to provide Temp Agency Onsite Reps for additional support as their roles and responsibilities differ from Managing Coach responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities of a Managing Coach: * Document Contingent Worker attendance
  • Document Staffing Firm policy violations and coaching Contingent Workers appropriately
  • Escalate Contingent Worker complaints to Staffing Firm as appropriate
  • Report to the on-site Contingent Worker Manager
  • Walk the production floor to monitor performance
  • Coach Contingent Workers providing support on the production line
  • Provide onboarding and training support to Contingent Workers
  • Ensure Contingent Workers are provided with the appropriate meal and rest periods required by law
  • Manage Contingent Worker performance
