- Managing portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients
- Supporting campaigns through the whole lifecycle
- Ensuring client satisfaction and high retention
- Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for most of the clients
- Ensuring timely payments
- Negotiating business terms and doing upsell
- Pushing optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals
- Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance
- Mentoring for junior colleagues (new AMs and Junior AMs) in campaign management area
- Driving company-wide or local projects in account management
- Holding expertise in the team and being go-to person in all matters of client service
- Building expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge
- At least 5 years in account management, experience with large clients
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or 3+ years in retargeting
- Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
- Some experience in developing others would be an asset
- Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
- Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
- Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
