We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.What You’ll Be DoingThe at Lilly MQ Global Supply Chain leader will be responsible for leading the team that sets the strategic direction and has oversight for the technology used to enable Lilly’s supply chain. As part of this role, you will have financial responsibility over large capital programs for Lilly Manufacturing and Quality (MQ). You will partner with Global Supply Chain, Integrated Services, MQ, and Tech at Lilly ERP Services to tackle business needs with technology, lead strategic implementations, and manage project financials. Additionally, you will lead the team in supporting Data and Analytics, particularly pushing the envelope with enabling business efficiency through Advanced Analytics.How You’ll Succeed

What You Should Bring (preferred skills)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels and organizations.
  • Demonstrated success of building relationships.
  • Demonstrated learning agility to quickly learn new business areas and new technology.
Your Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • Knowledge of GxP, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain processes and technology (Planning, operations, logistics, etc.)
  • Understanding of financial management
Additional Skills/Preferences:
  • Formal leadership experience
  • Strategic project leadership experience
  • Experience with SAP and related modules that support supply chain (EWM, for example)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to carry on conversations with business customers, upper management, and technical personnel.
  • Experience in working in an international and multicultural environment where team members, partners, and customers are spread into different countries and functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, changing, virtual environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience with applying advanced analytics.
