- Conduct time studies and work measurement.
- Support the standardization of rates and standard cost across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Investigate ways to improve safety and ergonomics of operations.
- Strive for continuous process improvement in all areas of responsibility.
- Create and maintain layout drawings for production areas and facilities using Visio or other drawing program.
- Assess operations to identify and implement workflow improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to improve.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste from operations.
- Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) for various improvement projects within the group.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance teams on the commissioning of new equipment.
- Develop a working knowledge of US Spring manufacturing equipment used within Branches.
- Support fixed asset management across the group.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, or Operations Management
- Proficient Computer skills & Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills
