- Be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity and creative output. Your role is pivotal in connecting our creative approach with our overall business strategy and ensuring a consistent brand experience across marketing channels and touchpoints and throughout the Brand – Demand - Land – Expand customer lifecycle
- You’ll provide creative, content and campaign leadership to our integrated campaigns team, ensuring that we develop, deliver and measure impactful brand awareness and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
- You’ll own our digital experience infrastructure, including our website(s), marketing automation platforms and other digital marketing tools.
- You’ll work closely with our Brand Communications and Reputation leader, and other members of the marketing and growth operations, supporting them with the provision of a high-performing digital marketing infrastructure and expertise and creative vision.
- You’ll continually test, measure and optimize our channels, creative and content, using data to refine and improve performance in line with business objectives.
- You’ll lead a small team of designers, web engineers, content marketers and digital marketers, supporting both their individual technical expertise and development, but more importantly, the collective capabilities and vision of the team.
- You’ll oversee our third-party digital marketing agency(ies) and freelancers (design, copy, video production etc); bringing expertise and capacity to the in-house team as needed.
- Track record of successful brand management; prior experience of rebranding highly advantageous.
- A deep understanding of B2B marketing in a professional services environment; experience of the talent/recruitment industry advantageous.
- Prior digital marketing experience across all channels and platforms – paid/organic media, SEO and SEA, marketing automation, web, email marketing, ABM. Prior hubspot experience would be ideal.
- Ability to align creative vision with business strategy to make brand a driver of business value.

- Excellent people management skills, an inspiring leader with the ability to prioritize work and resources
- 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a corporate marketing function or within an advertising or digital agency.
- Experience of rebranding essential.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns (traditional, digital, social) that deliver impressive results.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing principles and platforms (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, global, cross-cultural experience advantageous
- A strong understanding of our industry and target audience.
- Experience with workflow management and/or project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience of the application of AI to the creative and marketing disciplines
