- Clinical responsibilities to include outpatient treatment with the opportunity to provide optimal treatment outcomes with compassionate patient-centered care
- Position is required to build out disease sites/service lines, help create RadOnc as a program of excellence, integrate Duarte-Network relationships, and provide clinical care to aid the development of clinical and translational research within the Department and Institution
- Practice resides on a Hospital campus and participation in the hospital tumor boards required

- Base Salary: $300K - $513K (base pay commensurate with qualified academic rank). Additional recruitment incentives available! The salary range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors
- Academic record consistent with appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor
- The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience as an academically trained radiation oncologist with excellent clinical skills and evidence of the ability and desire to build a practice and think programmatically
- Experience with SBRT, SRS, IMRT, and IGRT is required
- Be well versed in the state of cancer care and the latest research and innovations
- Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O., or equivalent, and must be Board certified/eligible
- The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license
