- Analyze market potential, research and seek new business opportunities.
- Manage and qualify leads, keep the client database up-to-date in TMS CRM.
- Create or improve sales pitch and materials, collaborate with marketing team.
- Outreach to prospects, make 100 contacts per month and schedule meetings/demos.
- Interact with customers, identify their needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiate and close deals, meet monthly sales quota.
- Collaborate with the sales team and participate in company meetings.
- Hand off new accounts to KAM and update TMS CRM accordingly.
- Continuously improve prospecting strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.
- You are able to think strategically about your sales approach, identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to achieve your goals.
- You are able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, whether that means shifting priorities, working with new clients, or adjusting to new market trends.

- Ability to write and speak English fluently. ⇢ Minimum: English (intermediate/B2) Preferably: English (proficient/C2)
- Ability to write and speak Spanish fluently. ⇢ Spanish (proficient/C1)
- Sales Process Proficiency. ⇢ Understand the sales process and funnel, in order to be able to navigate it efficiently. Familiarity with CRM practices.
- Negotiation skills to close deals and find common ground with customers.
- Research market opportunities to increase lead generation and qualification.
- You have the ability to use sales software and CRM systems to manage customer data, track sales activity, and analyze sales metrics.
- You have a proven Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, preferably.
- You have 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Representative, preferably B2B.
