Payroll Administrator (Part Time)

- Preparation of fortnightly payroll for the Resort.
- Work with HR team, HR Shared Services Team, Finance team and Payroll team to uphold correct payroll and HR operations processes and ensure payroll is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Assisting Company employees with any relevant queries regarding payroll as required.
- Assisting with the registration of new employees with the Revenue Commissioners where required
- Leavers from the company systems and issuing relevant certificates to employees
- Preparation of Monthly Service Charge calculation
- Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Annual reports
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested by the Director of Finance, Financial Controller and Director of Human Resources and Training
- Communicate any concerns with Management with regard to suspicious transactions or procedures across the Resort
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times.
- To participate fully in training provided by the company.
- To keep staff/work areas tidy, safe and report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management and observe all requirements under Health & Safety at Work act (2005)
- To be fully aware of, and to adhere to, fire precautions and fire evacuation procedures.
- To support the green initiatives across the Resort and t come up with suggestions to improve our carbon footprint.
- To embrace and use all technology provided by The K Club.
- To wear the correct uniform at all times, including footwear, and to adhere to the dress and appearance standards as set out in the staff handbook.
- To attend departmental and other meetings as requested.
- To adhere to all agreed policies and procedures at The K Club.
