- Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and conferences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the GM, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Draft and edit documents, correspondence, and reports in both Arabic and English, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials from Arabic to English and vice versa as needed.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers on behalf of the GM, addressing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues.
- Manage correspondence with external companies, clients, and stakeholders, representing the GM professionally and courteously.
- Maintain organized records of communications, contracts, and agreements for reference and follow-up.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the executive office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects assigned by the GM.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline administrative tasks and enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on industry-specific software and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and communications.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
