- Conducting thorough research and comparing various travel options, such as flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, car rentals, and more
- Developing personalized travel itineraries and proposals based on client preferences
- Booking and confirming reservations, issuing tickets, and providing clients with necessary vouchers and documents
- Offering valuable travel advice and information on destinations, attractions, visa requirements, and travel insurance
- Managing and resolving any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before or during the trip
- Establishing and nurturing positive client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Staying updated with the latest travel trends, products, and regulations to provide the best recommendations and service to clients
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using basic computer systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales and negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy
- A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
