- Duties:
- Perform day to day Contract Administration of various contracts (CPFF, FFP, CPIF).
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Interface with internal and external personnel regarding contracts.
- Assist in preparing recommended contract amendments and modifications.
- Assist in recommending, preparing, and reviewing negotiation positions.
- Assist in coordinating the review/analysis of prime contractor proposals and provide consolidated positions to Government personnel.
- Review proposed contract actions with regard to applicable policy, regulation, and laws.
- Provide recommendations to senior staff regarding contract issues and alternative acquisition strategies.
- Prepare contract requirement packages (CRP); to include preparation and assistance with the development of the Statement of Work, Justification and Approvals, Contract Data Requirement Lists, contract award schedule, and other pertinent documents required for the CRP.
- Must have experience administering various contract types (Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Firm Fixed Price).
- Must have strong skills and depth of experience in the development of an array of alternative solutions for program management challenges relating to cost, schedule, production, fielding, and sustainment.
- Must have the ability to digest complex technical issues and evaluate those issues to assess the impact to the contract.
- Must have the ability to work in a teaming environment and the interpersonal skills to interface with numerous Government and contractor personnel in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must have demonstrated experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.
- Must have experience preparing detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership, as well as experience presenting material orally.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Level III Certification (desired)

- Eligible for Security Clearance REQUIRED: SECRET
- Highschool and 9 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's and 5 years of relevant work experience
- Master's and 3 years of relevant work experience
