- Oversee and assist in setting up and breaking down of concessions stand as well as resetting stand for future sporting events
- Oversees the sanitation of stands and the disposal of all trash and unused products
- Oversee and assist nonprofit groups retrieve additional product for stands, ensure these groups complete event day tasks such as beginning and ending inventory, restocking food items etc.
- Delegates tasks to employees as necessary to ensure all task are complete and successful
- Informs Concessions Food Service Manager/Director of escalating employee conduct issues and or complaints
- Responsible for making sure the staff is keeping items stocked and clean during events
- Ensures each station has the equipment and supplies needed to serve the customers
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Ensures uniform compliance
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all safety standards
- Ensure that all product to include alcohol, food and equipment, is properly stored and secure when not in use
- Assist in event day duties when applicable – to include cook, catering, staff check-in etc.
- All other duties as assigned

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in event management or food service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision making skills
