- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and regulations.
- Oversee the procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
- Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to clients and senior management.
- Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and materials.
- Proficient in using design and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in Kuwait is preferred.
