- Develop a sales growth plan for driving representatives & managing them.
- Grow sales 10% above electronics market expectations.
- Create and Manage Semi-Annual Corporate Forecast.
- Conduct Quarterly Forecast for pipeline reviews with our Manufacture's Reps that are documented with 30-day action plans.
- Drive OEM Design Wins convert to a purchase order both locally and when OEM selects a Contract Manufacturer (domestic or foreign) for production of their product.
- Train reps/agents to use our pipeline tracking system.
- Define & Manage a Minimum of ten Top 10, Key Account or Strategic Account meetings/month.
- Develop & assume leadership role for Region Top 10 prospects and those existing Key Accounts that drive current year sales.
- Additionally support a total of 12 other customer meetings / month of which at least 6 are face-to-face meetings travel to customers at least 55% of the time.
- Publish call reports within 48 hours after a meeting or 2 days after the end of the current business trip.
- Manage our Reps/Agents to maximize revenue and pipeline performance and adjust as needed.
- Work with Business/Product Development Managers to develop new business for their respective product lines.
- Work with customers and Johanson Engineering to identify new product opportunities as they occur.
- Develop and execute growth plans with Johanson Distribution Account Managers and local regional distributors (i.e., Arrow)
- Penetrate customer's organization and develop a rapport with the decision maker(s), design engineers and buyer.
- Extract and report key qualifying new opportunity information (i.e., EAU, Production Start-up, Competition).
- Customer Fulfillment as needed.
- Capable of following Company and Department procedures/policies.
- Previous experience in a similar function for an electronic components company
- Experienced in value-based selling.

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 15 years of electronic passive component experience.
- Direct experience designing passive components into customer circuits by collaborating with electrical design engineers.
- Technical ability to interact with customer's design engineers and communicate needs to factory.
- Five(5)+ years of Regional Sales Management with direct experience in capacitor sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Five (5)+ years electrical component experience in Regional Sales Management.
