We are seeking a dedicated Hotel National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales department in driving revenue growth and fostering relationships with key clients in the Corporate & Association Markets within the Hospitality sector. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, the ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the dynamics within the hospitality industry, coupled with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and practical execution to not only meet but exceed our organization's ambitious Group Room Goals of 40,000 annually. $117K - $143 Total Compensation package available.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement robust sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring a seamless approach across national markets.
- Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth to maintain our competitive edge.
- Client Relationship Management: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, industry leaders, and decision-makers within the hospitality sector, emphasizing long-term partnership and mutual success.
- Market Analysis and Insight: Regularly analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to adapt strategies that capitalize on market opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales operations, continuously seeking ways to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals, sharing insights and feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- A minimum of 5years’ experience in sales within the Hospitality Industry booking a minimum of 100-600 rooms on peak in the Corporate and Association Segments
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that have materially contributed to company growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving shared goals.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a keen sense for interpreting market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining high-level strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. An MBA is highly regarded.
