- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Three years of sales, account management, business development or equivalent.
- “Book of Business” - Contacts in the event industry or equipment rental industry preferred.
- This role is meant for a person who has a great personality, who is highly motivated, very detail oriented, can multitask and follow through with action plans set by the Sales Manager and Supervisor.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with existing and new customers.
- Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Generate profitable sales in both new and existing accounts.
- Visit face-to-face with city chambers, wedding planners, etc. to gain their business
- Visit face- to-face with existing customers to retain established relationships.
- Make sales calls to existing and new prospects
- Attend meetings and do job walks and/or site visits
- Work with accounting to set up customer accounts per company policy
- Work with dispatch and managers to plan, organize and schedule daily activities for crew members and equipment as needed
- Plan to attend at least one event (Chamber or any other trades event) per week
- Proficiency with Google suite and Windows based computers, web-based and job specific software applications
- Able to be on call after hours and weekends as client issues arise

- Additional duties as assigned by management
- A valid Class C driver’s license with a good driving record. (Required)
- Geographical knowledge of service area and/or efficiency in using mobile mapping apps (google maps)
- Knowledge operating electronic work tablets to track mileage, down time, and other work-related reports.
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from managers to accomplish essential duties.
- Strong organization, detailed oriented, and time management skills.
- Sits, walks or stands for 4–8 hours within a given day while delivering or servicing portable restrooms.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are necessary to perform the essential job duties.
