ServeDeck™ is a smart subscription cloud-based solution designed to significantly improve the organisational efficiency of facility operations and management.ServeDeck’s total productive maintenance solutions facilitate the easy execution and management of the core tasks and processes of commercial buildings, shopping malls, retail stores, hotels, factories, universities, hospitals, townships, theme parks, and various service providers.The RoleResponsibilities :A. Managing Marketing Agencies and Contractors· Managing and monitoring the deliveries of marketing agencies/contractors in handling the company’s social media, blogs, and websites.· Tracking, measuring, and analyzing the performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns, including providing regular performance reports.· Monitoring ongoing company presence on social media.B. Digital Marketing Plans and Strategies· Jointly developing digital marketing plans and strategies with Marketing Agencies to achieve the company’s business goals and objectives. Marketing plans include but are not limited to SEO, SEM, database marketing, content marketing, weekly and monthly social media content, and calendars.· Jointly implementing digital campaigns to develop brand awareness and generate leads using social media platforms, email marketing, and website marketing.· Developing and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.· Continuously optimizing websites and landing pages for search engines (SEO), improving user experience, and increasing conversion rates.· Managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maximizing ROI.· Collaborating with the internal team to plan and execute marketing activities, such as events, webinars, exhibitions, etc.· Identifying new opportunities and threats by staying up to date with industry trends, conducting competitive analysis, and understanding consumer behavior.C. Email Marketing· Implementing and managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to drive lead generation and customer retention.Ideal ProfileSkills required :· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.· Experience in Search Engine Optimization, database marketing, social media marketing or running targeted online campaigns.· Experience in content creation: for example social content or videos. Have experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.· Experience in digital marketing & analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics.· At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in digital marketing.· Degree in Marketing or any related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience and meeting the required skills will be considered.*Knowledge of Mailchimp for email marketing is an added advantage.*Copywriting skills in English is an added advantage.What's on Offer?
