- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality including providing private space for telehealth appointments.

- The clinician will educate patients on use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, in person or via telehealth.
- Provides respiratory skills to patients in the field as directed by physician orders.
- Provides exceptional care to patients and work with family members to ensure comfort and respect for the patient.
- Demonstrates a professional attitude at all times.
- Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
- 1+ years’ experience in home health experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to navigate multiple browser windows and screens.
- Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of Respiratory Care Field and ability to act as a resource for peers and non-clinical staff.
- Special Skills/Equipment: Must be highly organized and demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. Must be willing to work remotely via telehealth, in office, or in home environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral also required.
- Physical Requirements: Essential job duties and physical demands include and are not limited to: Must be able to maneuver around objects, climb stairs and/or work in relatively small spaces, bend over or stretch as necessary in equipment provision, operate telephone and other equipment; ability to raise, lower, or transfer objects and supplies from one level to another; transport an object usually by hands, arms or shoulders; ability to bend, stoop, twist and lift and transfer up to 75 pounds in equipment. Must be able to meet company productivity standards as indicated by organization and manager. Must be able to effectively communicate with department staff, employees and community, and carryout essential functions. Must be able to handle sensitive issues, conflict with or among others, respectively direct and reinforce staff efforts; effectively plan and organize and prioritize work, think critically to both effectively plan and organize department operations consistent strategic and operating objectives and to effectively solve unique problems as they arise or identify when to consult supervisor. Must be able to deal with challenging work environment with time demands and occasional conflicting priorities. Maintain a positive and professional image and demonstrate self-directed learning to meet professional development and/or license requirements. Is responsible for maintaining all required licensure and certifications. At orientation and annually thereafter, must be able to meet core competencies for position and area of specialty, as appropriate.
