General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, analyzing variances and trends to support decision-making processes.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
Month-end Close: Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to enhance financial performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, contributing to the overall success of the finance function.
Professional Development: Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills through training and professional development activities.
