- Work location: Central
- Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm (Weekend on-call rotation once every quarter)
- Provide technical support to premium customer accounts via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Collaborate with Technical Support teams globally and locally
- Engage upper-tier support or product management to resolve complex issues.
- Escalate critical issues internally and provide regular updates to customers.
- Reproduce and document solutions for known customer issues, while staying updated on new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferably 6 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Linux/*Nix OS, with strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication to provide resolutions
