- Greet customer upon entering the dealership and determine their needs and wants
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service while answering their questions
- Utilize customer feedback to identify and anticipate customer’s needs
- Ensure accuracy of all paperwork related to sales
- Assess trade-ins and knowledge of market research
- Research and evolve with product knowledge of new and existing models and industry trends
- Establish customer satisfaction to promote customer loyalty and repeat sales
- Develop sales campaign and strategies to assist in meeting dealership sales goals
- Proven success in sales with minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive sales(Porsche Experience is a huge plus)
- Demonstrated knowledge of organizational objectives, customer service principles, and sales techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Operational knowledge of CDK, DMS systems, Reynolds, or other digital/automation systems
- Valid driver’s license and respect for traffic laws
- Basic computer and customer service skills, must maintain all required Porsche Certifications, travel when required(all required training paid for when off site), complete daily task, follow up with clients potential and acquired.
