Plumbing Service Technician

Ensures quality control & safety enforcement meets company and client expectations.
Working knowledge of scope and ability to work independently once given direction.
Possess the required skill set to self-perform plumbing related service and repair tasks as necessary for each job and as directed by the client,
Plumbing Area Manager, or Plumbing Service Manager including but not limited to
Troubleshooting and diagnosing all plumbing-related issues
Drain cleaning and repair
of Leak detection
Camera inspection
Water service repairs, to include all types of pipe Waste repairs
Water heater installations
Fixture service and replacement
Gas line service and repair
Any tasks related to successful completion of plumbing repairs
Manage truck stock
Maintain clean working environment
Follow all safety requirements
Other duties as assigned by Plumbing Area Manager and/or Plumbing Service Manager
Material runs for Will Call and Queued parts and materials at local suppliers.
Submit work orders/invoices as jobs are completed.
Submit receipts for all purchases including the correct purchase order number
Daily communication with the Plumbing Area Manager and/or Plumbing Service Manager.
Accurately records all work hours and break periods via the written and/or electronic means provided by the company.
Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum 3-5 years related experience.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and industrial maintenance.
Skill in the use of related tools (hand and electrical). Provides own hand and power tools.
Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Must possess reliable transportation, valid U.S. driver’s license, auto insurance, and good driving record.
Effective communication skills including, the ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Available to respond to maintenance emergencies on a 24-hour basis, when assigned
