You will collaborate, design, measure and develop key performance monitoring processes. This role is specifically focused within Oil Field Services and Equipment Global Quality. The Quality Specialist - Systems & Data Analytics is a full-time position that reports into the Quality Manager, Documentation.As a Quality Specialist you will be responsible for:Providing quality systems and data support whilst developing and implementing reporting and analyticsDeveloping and supporting the QMS processes, execution, and metricsSupporting trend analysis and makes process change recommendations when necessaryCollaborating with the Quality Governance and Compliance team & Product LinesIdentifying cost-out opportunities and elevating to lead/supervisor/manager for review/implementationFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a relevant science or engineering degree and posses demonstrable experience in Quality Analysis within a production settingHave experience in managing Quality Systems, including but not limited to ERP systems (Oracle), BHOS, Gensuite, Agility, QMT, LIMS, etc.Possess experience creating and managing KPIs, driving improvements in business performanceBe able to create and manage dashboardsHave experience leading systems and analytical projects.
