Business Development Professional for Title Insurance AgencyMy client, a Florida based title insurance agency is seeking a Business Development expert based out of Tampa to start a new branch with no setup costs by you. With a combination of dynamic culture and teamwork with streamlined operational systems, this is an amazing opportunity to grow your career.Responsible for the development of the new title and escrow business as well as expanding business with existing clients. The business development professional will work closely with the inside operations team, real estate brokerages, lenders, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers to create new opportunities whilst being a resource in our market for title insurance.Key Responsibilities:- Assess market capacity in assigned geographic territory, develop strategic sales plans to capture market share.- Identify, research and solicit new clients, meet with senior-level decision makers to sell the benefits of the companies’ services.- Travel throughout designated territory from office to office/ or special functions making sales presentations, hosting lunches, breakfast, educational events and special events.- Meet and exceed sales objectives on a short-term and long-term basis.- Work closely with underwriters, lenders, and the local real estate community- Act as the primary liaison to clients from inception to closing transactions.- Stay abreast of trends within the real estate market and mortgage arena.- Attend local events, golf tournaments, conferences, and other special events to build goodwillRequirements:- Book of Business to bring with you- Proven sales success within title insurance- Licensed Agent a plus but not necessaryQualifications:- Sales driven, go getter- Eager to grow- Team playerWhat they offer:- Competitive compensation- Full Health Benefits- 401K- PTO- Fully furnished physical office and resources- Ownership in
