Ensure the efficient administration of company resources, supervise the smooth operation of daily activities, and provide comprehensive administrative support. Functions Administration: - Inventory Management:
- Control and management of testing product inventory, ensuring its proper administration and availability.
- Coordination of product shipments to customers, ensuring efficiency and quality of service. - Travel and Events Logistics:
- Organization of corporate travel, including purchasing air tickets and coordinating accommodations.
- Coordination and planning of corporate events such as birthdays and quarterly integration meetings. - Procurement Management:
- Purchase of products required by staff and the office.
- Petty cash management.
- Search and selection of suppliers for various necessary services for the company. - Office Maintenance:
- Supervision of the state and maintenance of office facilities to ensure an optimal working environment. - Information Systems Maintenance and Update:
- Database management.
- Project management: planning and coordination of projects within the organization, project tracking and monitoring.
- Seeks opportunities to improve the organization, business segments, and processes. Human Resources: - Staff Support:
- Addressing staff needs during events and daily situations.
- Attendance control and monitoring of staff punctuality. - Recruitment and Selection:
- Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, selecting candidates, etc. - Performance Management:
- Development and monitoring of employee performance plans, performance evaluations, feedback, training plans, etc. - Management of Approved Business Expense Reimbursement Process:
- Managing the process of reimbursing approved business expenses by colleagues. - Training and Development Program Development:
- Planning and developing employee training and development programs, identifying training needs, evaluating training programs, etc.RequisitosEducation: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years performing in positions such as administrative assistant, management assistant, or human resources assistant. Skills: Proactivity and dynamism. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to lead and make independent decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Competence to work under pressure and effectively solve problems.
