As our Data-Driven Business Analyst/Analytics Manager, you'll be the architect of our data-driven decision-making, weaving magic with complex metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize performance and ignite growth. Responsibilities: Unleash the Power of Data: Design and implement robust data collection strategies across diverse sources (CRM, marketing platforms, financial systems, etc.) Master the art of data wrangling: clean, manipulate, and analyze massive datasets using advanced Excel skills and powerful analytical tools. Craft compelling reports and dashboards that unveil hidden trends, illuminate patterns, and track vital KPIs like pipeline velocity, win rate, and sales velocity. Optimize B2B SaaS Performance: Become a maestro of B2B SaaS metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rate, sales velocity, and deal size. Deep dive into sales operations, dissecting processes and pinpointing areas for improvement. Partner with stakeholders to define data-driven goals, monitor progress, and measure the impact of your initiatives. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhanced lead generation, conversion rates, and overall efficiency. Become a Trusted Data Evangelist: Masterfully communicate complex data analysis and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, igniting a shared passion for data-driven decision-making. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, ensuring data insights inform every strategic move. Craft captivating presentations and reports that paint a clear picture of your data-driven discoveries and recommendations (visualize trends, identify patterns, and track key performance indicators). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally focusing on data analytics. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of successfully utilizing data analysis to drive measurable business performance improvements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key drivers of performance. Advanced Excel proficiency, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting languages (Python, R) highly preferred. Stellar communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, thriving in a cross-functional environment.
