As an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will represent our client, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries for their Italian-speaking customer base. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Italian.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our client's products/services effectively.
- Address customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues with empathy and patience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution while maintaining ownership of the customer's query.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our client's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about our client's products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
