We have an exciting opportunity awaiting someone like you!Job DescriptionThe Learning Consultant II is primarily responsible for learning solutions for our business partners. This position partners to provide training support and project management to ensure the design, development, and delivery of learning both in-person and online curriculum. The Learning Consultant II addresses the training needs of new and existing employees to include technical skills required to perform their jobs, implementation of new technology and/or upgrades and enhancements as well as new or revised policies and procedures. They will initiate team strategies in the areas of technical development, new hire on-boarding, and the delivery of surveys to participants for data management and reporting of learning events.Team CultureWe are a collaborative, conscientious, and goal-oriented team.   • You will assess, develop, and facilitate training in a variety of formats which includes instructor- led, computer-based, one on one, OJT, e-learning and web based training. Assure programs positively impact business performance by meeting stated goals and objectives of the division.
  • You will play a key role in new hire success based on training delivered for the business lines supported - including implementation of BOKF's training strategy and ongoing measurements of new hire time to productivity.
  • You will partner with multiple HR partners, focusing on enhancing the employee experience, growing BOKF's learning culture, and leveraging new technology for in-person and digital learning events. Consult on a broad scale to understand skill gaps and create learning plans for execution.
  • You will participate as the subject matter expert of learning modalities and framework for ongoing strategic business initiatives and other special projects. Identify and manage training project dependencies and work with line of business partners to ensure desired outcomes are met. Report project status and milestones. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and repeatable training models for future project initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for maintenance of curriculum, resources and other toolkits including information needed for regulatory purposes.
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in a learning & development or similar role; Or equivalent experience of 8+ years.
