- Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted targets and position the hotels to continuously increase market share.
- Optimise the business mix, develop segments strategies and work closely with department heads to achieve the desired mix.
- Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
- Development and implementation of systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.
- Ensure optimal presentation and amplification of business opportunities through direct and indirect channels.
- Prior experience in a Revenue role
- Track record of delivering against targets
- Experience utilizing multiple mediums to communicate & build relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to impact and influence key stakeholders remotely
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Prior knowledge with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS advantageous but not essential
