- Develop regional plans to support the stated strategic vision and plan for all DELEVAN branded products.
- Responsible for meeting assigned Policy Deploy and KPIs along with revenue and gross profit (GP) targets.
- Define, implement, and execute strategies and tactics necessary to meet revenue and account development/growth targets in targeted region.
- Manage overall sales process and sales funnel, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management in targeted region along with timely delivery of funnel, forecast and other key measurement metrics and reports.
- Set sales targets for regions, partners, and Inside Sales team members.
- Lead in the development and negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base in targeted region.
- Prioritizing business opportunities.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to increase customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Product Line Management to facilitate and acquire Market Data Capture and VOC.
- 25% travel in North America
- Thinks strategically about territory and develops short, mid and long-term objectives.
- Develops impactful action plans to drive strategy execution.
- Possesses strong negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge in sales expertise like Value Selling, Strategic Selling, Prospecting, Territory Planning, etc.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university required; a combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in selling technical products.
