- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 10-15 years of sales and sales management experience in the automotive industry is strongly desired.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required
- Ability to work during weekends, evenings, and occasionally long hours.
- Ability to travel out-of-town up to 20% of your time.

- Developing trustworthy relationships with key personnel at assigned customers and our supplier partners
- Planning and implementing a Large Account Management planning process (LAMP) for customers and suppliers
- Supporting the forecasting process and reviewing all responsible accounts
- Developing sales goals for all accounts
- Reporting out to executive management and supplier partners
- Directing the development of effective sales and marketing presentations
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies
- Hiring, training, managing, and coaching assigned Account Managers and Sales Engineers. Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
- Collaborating with the executive management team to achieve company goals
- Creating insightful sales reports for the team and their supplier partners
