- Assist in client-specific educational tasks such as developing creatives, developing account assets, analyzing client information, and other tasks that increase and support the AC's career development.
- Oversee routine administrative tasks with VAs and interns to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the Account Managers in account operational activities that are outside of routine administrative tasks.
- Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling relevant information.
- Audit all client reports and deliver to Account Managers for approval on time.
- Conduct research on media trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to gather insights for strategy development.
- Support the creation of pitches and press releases under the guidance of Account Managers.
- Create, audit, and update media lists regularly for assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials.
- Learn and apply best practices in crafting compelling narratives.
- Contribute to the success of a minimum of 7 accounts.
- Provide regular updates to Account Managers on project status.
- Assist in drafting client communications and reports.
- Develop and practice presentation skills with the internal team.
- Learn to address client inquiries and concerns with guidance from the team.
- Conduct and oversee that product orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Support the planning and coordination of events and activations.
- Assist in logistical arrangements and ensure seamless event execution.
- Learn to evaluate event outcomes and provide insights for improvement.
- Project management skills through clear written and verbal communication client facing and internally.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a problem-solving mentality.
- Extremely organized and able to execute multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive ability to assert yourself when available to support other staff members.
- An uncanny ability to know what is going on in the industry and current news cycles while also having an interest in media trends and announcements.

- A people person who is skilled at building and nurturing relationships.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant job experience in PR or Communications.
- Past PR account management skills overseeing multiple clients.
- Strong media and influencer relationships.
- Strong writing skills, with experience in crafting persuasive pitches and descriptive copy.
- Strong organization and research skills.
- Experience with media monitoring and database tools such as Muckrack.
- Stellar interpersonal skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
