Duration: 6 months + ExtendibleRequired skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc.
- Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required.
- Good experience working with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders.
- Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to HR/People Analytics.
- Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), or other HR-related software to extract and analyze the relevant data.
- Understanding of predictive modeling techniques to forecast employee turnover or workforce planning initiatives.
- Prior experience in creating tables and views within Snowflake is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong team player and results driven.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly growing business.
- Mine data to create new Insights into various areas as required by the business.
- Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision-making analysis.
- Creating high-impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
- Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required)
