Company: Indian / Global Engineering & Manufacturing Organization Key Skills: Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Employee Relations Issues, Employment Investigation Roles and Responsibilities: Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions using Snowflake and Snowpark. Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis. Developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating data quality measures and KPIs. Familiarity with Alation data cataloging tool for metadata management and data governance (Nice to Have). Implementing data quality frameworks, developing custom DQ rules using SQL/Python scripts. Proficiency in version control systems like Git for managing code and configuration changes. Utilizing collaboration tools like Jira for task tracking and project management. Managing data quality issues across master data and transactions data domains, meeting service level agreements for incident and request management. Analyzing code, logs, and current systems for advanced troubleshooting and optimization. Skills Required: 5-8 years of data management & quality experience. Strong understanding of data quality principles and frameworks. Proficiency in Snowflake, Snowpark, Python, SQL, Power BI. Experience with Alation Data Governance (Nice to Have). Data quality certification preferred (e.g., DAMA - DMBOK). Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
