Trusted Advisor & Coach for India leadership.
Leverages local network, knowledge, and experience to incorporate external thinking into talent strategies.
Cultivates a culture of belonging / promotes positive and inclusive workplace culture. Monitors organizational health.
Leads employee engagement plan, monitors, and makes recommendations for improvement.
Reinforces ways of working, aids leaders in change management & communications.
Partners with BBY HR & BBY US team to aid in overall success of India Hub.
Develops HR COE partnerships to translate US HR programs to India labor force.
Exercises high levels of independent judgment in decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

9+ years HR experience in India in large technology-focused organizations working with a global workforce. Strong business knowledge, comprehensive understanding of HR, and specific experience within technology / business sector.
5+ years experience working with US based companies / Global Capability Centers.

Desired Skills:

AQ - Change Leadership, Creativity, Problem Solving.
EQ - Talent Development, Communication, Inclusive Behaviors, Stakeholder/ Relationship Management.
