- Lead and advise in recruitment processes A-Z; including design, channel strategy, selection methods, and tools for your active recruitment processes
- Conduct initial screenings, personality- and ability assessments, and interviews with applicants
- Coordinate (-with) external agencies for processes that are run externally
- Build talent pipeline(s) across ABAX' main growth markets: strategically map, and potentially source, candidates with relevant expertise
- Be a main contributor to our continuous development within recruitment and talent acquisition; including mentoring and upskilling colleagues
- Contribute to our Employer Branding strategy in order to positively impact our talent pipeline
- Contribute to our overall competence development and succession planning processes
- Further develop and continuously track relevant recruitment/talent KPIs, and contribute to reaching set goals
- Contribute to ABAX' pre- & onboarding processes, as the talent journey is not over once the signature is secured

- A relevant BSc or MSc within Psychology, HR, Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or other
- Relevant experience within recruitment or talent acquisition, from an advisory role. Ideally with some experience recruiting for tech and/or sales roles, and recruiting internationally
- Broad experience with inhouse recruitment- and talent acquisition processes, with a track record of filling senior level positions
- Certification and experience from using personality- and ability assessment tools. We are looking for someone with a deep psychological understanding of the purpose of these tools, their benefits, and their drawbacks. At ABAX, we currently use Master as our test platform
- An interest in, and experience with, TA solutions to secure GDPR-compliancy, a smooth candidate experience, and effective (digital) work processes
- As we work across borders, we use English as our working language. The right candidate for us is therefore required to speak English fluently.
