- BS degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a similar field or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate or business development and/or infrastructure program/product management.
- 5+ years of experience with data center infrastructure and operations, site selection and procurement or similar.
- Strong Executive/CxO verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations in a customer-facing and stakeholder-facing role
- Ability to understand and communicate high level Data Center infrastructure details and market trends
- Demonstrate a successful history of negotiation experience. Ability to negotiate legal documents and interact with legal resources
- Extensive contacts in the data center Colocation and REIT markets.
- Technical or business degree; MBA and/or Computer Science background
- Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
- Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
